Steventon School Association
Steventon School Association is a key and very valuable part of the school community. Parents of children at the school, through the School Association, raise considerable funds to benefit the children of the school. This makes a real difference to our children. In recent years, the School Association has provided our Outdoor Classroom, helped the school update its IT provision by contributing towards school laptops and partly funding the new library. The School Association also helps in less visible ways, by regular donations to class teachers, financial support for trips, and presents for leavers. We also value the skills of parents who help out around the school, helping to keep our costs down.
Getting involved in the School Association is a great way to meet other parents, help with fundraising in big or little ways, and directly benefits the children.
How you can help with our Fundraising
Textile collections - We have regular collections of textiles - clothing, bedding, curtains, soft toys etc. Bag them up and bring them to school on a collection day. We get paid by weight, so the more the better!
